Consultation Calls

All consultation calls must be paid in full prior to the scheduled call.

The cost of the consultation call is non-refundable.

The price of the consultation call will be deducted from the total project cost should you decide to move forward with our services.

During the consultation, we will explore your goals, design preferences, and content needs, ensuring a clear path forward for a website that truly reflects your vision. To prepare, clients should gather their goals, preferences, and any content ideas to ensure a productive discussion.

Payment Terms

Payments for projects are made in two installments:

1. The first installment is due at the beginning of the project.

2. The final payment is due prior to designs being applied to the client's host platform.

We do not proceed with launching or implementing designs until the final payment is made.

Domain Purchase and Setup

Clients are responsible for purchasing their domain names and handling any domain setup. We do not handle hosting or domain registration but can guide clients through the process with their chosen provider.

E-Commerce Sites

Envictus does not manage the insertion of financial information for e-commerce sites. Clients must handle all payment setup independently.

Platforms and Website Ownership

We build websites primarily using Squarespace and Wix. Clients must be aware of the limitations of the plans they purchase from their chosen SaaS provider. We are expanding our SaaS offerings soon to provide more options.

Upon final payment, the client will receive full ownership rights to the website, including all content and design. Envictus retains the right to display the work in portfolios, marketing materials, and case studies unless otherwise agreed upon.

Custom Designs and Templates

Envictus provides custom website designs tailored to your specific needs. Clients are not required to use pre-designed templates unless specifically requested.

Revisions and Changes

Clients are allowed two revisions per project. Revisions are limited to minor changes, such as content updates or color adjustments.

Any additional revisions beyond the two included will incur extra fees, which will be agreed upon prior to starting further work.

Significant changes or alterations that deviate from the original project scope may require a new contract and additional payment.

Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing all necessary content, images, and information required to complete the project in a timely manner.

Clients can choose to provide their own photos for use in the project. However, all client-provided photos must be original and owned by the client. Envictus reserves the right to use stock photos if necessary or preferred by the client.

Delays in providing materials may result in delays in project delivery and could affect the agreed-upon timeline.

Mobile Responsiveness

All websites designed by Envictus are mobile responsive and optimized for viewing across various devices, ensuring a smooth user experience regardless of screen size.

SEO and Content Creation

Envictus provides SEO services for all projects to help improve site rankings on search engines and attract the right audience.

We offer content creation services for landing page and web design projects to ensure the messaging aligns with your brand and resonates with your target audience.

Social Media Integration

We integrate social media into websites upon request, allowing for seamless connection between your online presence and increasing audience engagement.

Project Delivery

Project delivery timelines are subject to the scope of the project and will be agreed upon before work begins. The typical web design process can take up to six weeks, depending on the complexity of the project and the client’s responsiveness.

Pricing and Additional Fees

Our pricing is determined based on the complexity and scope of the project. Clients will receive a customized quote during the consultation process.

Envictus offers flat-rate pricing for projects. However, clients should be aware of additional fees, such as domain registration, SaaS provider costs for premium features, or extra revisions, which are the responsibility of the client.

Ongoing Support

Envictus provides post-launch support for a limited period to address any minor fixes. Ongoing support beyond this period is available for an additional fee based on the client’s specific needs.

Refund Policy

We do not offer refunds on consultation calls under any circumstances.

Once project work has begun and payments are made, refunds are not offered for completed work.

Liability

Envictus is not liable for any downtime, loss of income, or other issues arising from the use of third-party platforms (e.g., Squarespace, Wix, etc.) or from any client failure to maintain their website post-launch.

Envictus makes no guarantees regarding increases in business, leads, or sales as a result of using our services.

Termination of Services

Either party may terminate the project if there is a breach of the agreed-upon terms. In the event of termination, the client will be invoiced for all completed work, and all unpaid work will be stopped.

If the client chooses to terminate the project before completion, payments made to date are non-refundable.

Confidentiality

Envictus will keep all client information confidential and will not share any details or materials with third parties without the client’s permission, except when necessary to complete the project.

Compliance with Laws

Clients are responsible for ensuring that the content they provide and the websites they operate comply with all relevant laws, including, but not limited to, data protection regulations, privacy policies, and accessibility requirements.
